  • 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions                                                         to accommodate everyone at their own level and pace

  • One-on-one rates are $45, $60, and $75 per session

  • Group rates are $25, $35, and $45 per-person and session                                (2-3 people max. per group)

  • Personalized program designed for you specifically

  • Implement contests/races/events, sports specific training and periodization
