My Background:

Over 30 years of nursing experience and understanding of health, illness, and healing.  I’m here to assist you fine-tune or find your new “Healthier Me”.  My passion and advocacy for learning, credentialing, and living life ensures clients get the best and have information that is current, accurate, and beneficial.

My Approach:

• Focus  on the whole body and person.  Health and healing is obtainable- it is a natural process for the body.

• Emphasize progress – not perfection.  My coaching skills bring out the best in people. 

• Convey a practical and non-bantering style; a fusion of real-life stories and conversational techniques to connect with clients at an intimate, intense and individual level.  I’ve seen too many people struggle from “a one-size fits all” approach, deficiency of real food, living a sedentary lifestyle, and not having a plan. 

• Listen and give clients the much needed time of a health care professional. My passion is igniting enthusiasm and confidence to clients on their journey to better health. Investing in one’s health yields high returns.

• Frequent co-host on Cindy Bryant’s  radio talk show “Health Beat”

• Supporter of The Shining Light Garden Foundation in Vero Beach

• Co-organizer of the Annual Diabetes Update Symposium in partnership with the Florida Eye Institute
